Garden and open spaces (look at the map and the photos) The Villa has a large open space, shaded by acacias and pines. In the private part of the accommodation among acacias and oleanders are: 1 garden table with 8 garden chairs, 4 sunbeds, 4 deckchairs, and a beach umbrella.
The garden has an outside lighting.
Along the wall of the Villa is a car park for cars, motorbikes, bicycles and in any case the apartment has two reserved parking spaces
The beach (cobbles and cliffs typical of Tyrrhenian coast) and the sea of the Villa are reaching (without leaving the property) with a pedestrian path (about 15') or with a car track, to be done with caution, bordering on the pinewood (where are further parking spaces).
Other beaches are reaching by car: the Rimigliano Park's beach (1 Km) (typical Tyrrhenian sandy beach with deep water) and the Baratti Gulf's beach (3 Km) (sandy beach with low water), reachable on foot through country lanes too.
