L’APPARTAMENTO (vedi piante degli
interni e foto) E’ situato al 2° piano della
Villa ed é organizzato su 2 livelli, in quanto
la Torre é collegata tramite una scala
interna di esclusivo uso dell’appartamento.
E’ composto di 4 camere da letto (1 con
letto matrimoniale e 3 con letti gemelli) di
cui 2 dotate di bagno proprio. Un terzo
bagno é a disposizione dell’appartamento.
La cucina é molto spaziosa ed é attrezzata
con: macchina del gas, 2 forni elettrici,
lavatrice, frigo con surgelatore, tavolo con
seggiole, piccoli elettrodomestici (ferro da
stiro + asse, frullatore, tostapane,
spremiagrumi,...).
L’appartamento dispone di 2 soggiorni,
uno posto al 2° piano, é ampio,
luminosissimo, dotato di caminetto ed
angolo TV ed ospita anche il grande tavolo
da pranzo, l’altro é posto nella Torre, che
con le sue 16 finestre offre una vista
mozzafiato a 360°.

The accomodation is at the second floor of the Villa and is organized on two floors, because the tower is related to the flat by a private inner stairs. It is provided with 4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed has a fireplace and 3 are with 2 single beds), 2 private bathroom with shower (in 2 bedrooms with single beds), 1 bathroom with shower (for the flat). The kitchen is large and equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, gas cooker with electric oven, a table with seats and other facilities (iron, toaster, citrus squeezer,electric mixer). The accomodation has 2 living rooms; the first one (at 2nd floor) is wide and bright, provided with a fireplace, TV corner and a big dining table with 8 seats. The second living room is in the tower, that with 16 big windows offers a special view with a broad panorama overlooking the sea, the hills and the mountains.
